Your role as FP&A Analyst will involve delivering timely and accurate management reports to support performance tracking, communicating key metrics clearly to stakeholders, and developing reporting dashboards to enhance data visualization and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver insightful management reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate budgets and forecasts effectively to relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to improve data visualization, enabling better-informed decisions.
  • Support the close process with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Financial Analysis Expertise
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including advanced modeling, profitability analysis, and issue monitoring.
  • Evaluate commercial initiatives, new product introductions, and pricing strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Prepare executive and internal reporting packages with clear commentary and strategic recommendations.
Business Planning and Strategy
  • Leverage financial systems such as TM1 and Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure alignment with regional FP&A timelines, standards, and deliverables, promoting cohesive team efforts.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate closely with country and regional leaders, participating in key business meetings and driving consensus.
  • Provide guidance and resolve queries as the primary finance contact for selected Asia markets.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with controlling, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive business success.
About You
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis is essential, with prior business partnering experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related area is required.
  • Proven expertise in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, TM1, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial.
