Job Overview

The Subject Matter Expert has extensive knowledge and specialization of Record to Report processes, providing organizational support for daily operations, delegation, and review of work. They deliver training, technical and/or operational guidance to others under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include developing in-depth knowledge in RTR operations/processes, supporting complex transactions or as backup during handovers/stabilizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge in RTR operations/processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
  • Participate in project planning and execution.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with set specifications and standards.
  • Create and deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and issues.
  • Guide decision-making processes.
  • Initiate and complete projects/initiatives on time with quality results.
  • Process transactions and reports according to GAAP, accounting standards, and Global Accounting Policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred, 4-6 years of experience in Record to Report, SAP knowledge, Shared Services Center/BPO experience, Process migration experience a plus, Effective written and spoken English communication.
