Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in solving problems, and demonstrate a passion for working with people.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Perform data entry tasks in various platforms.
  • Work within standard US business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience and a comfort level with selling.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
