Visual Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Expert to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for customer-focused visuals, be highly detail-oriented and organized, and have extensive knowledge of visual design principles.

  • This role requires a dynamic self-starter who can deliver brilliant creative concepts and ideas with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images.
About the Role

As a Visual Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing a wide variety of compelling visuals for both digital and offline media, aiming to inspire and captivate audiences.

  • Work with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements.
  • Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality.
  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel.
  • Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images.
  • Develop and implement visual design strategies that align with company goals.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • A degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or an equivalent degree related to the job.
  • 2+ years of experience in Visual Design in a Marketing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in visual design skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Digital environment, including Files, Formats, Tools, Software, and Best Practices.
  • Experience and knowledge of trends in the Beauty Industry.
  • Desired Skills: Experience with AI, Soft Skills (Attention to detail, Communication skills, Teamwork skills, Organization skills).
