Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting medical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or biomedical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Conduct system diagnostics and calibration
  • Assist with clinical applications and product demonstrations
  • Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance service contracts
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with medical equipment and software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support
