Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, payables, and month-end close. This role will support financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain complete, organized documentation.
- Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting systems, and the ability to work night shift hours to support US-based clients.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
- Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
