Luxury Retreat Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat project.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
- Create targeted online campaigns to generate qualified leads from international markets.
- BUILD AND GROW A STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE ACROSS PLATFORMS LIKE INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, AND TIKTOK.
- Transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
- Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
- SUPPORT THE LAUNCH OF A NEW WEBSITE SHOWCASING OFF-PLAN VILLA SALES MATERIALS AND RENDERS.
- Implement a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
- Prepare weekly performance reports across social media and all campaigns.
- 5+ years experience in real estate marketing with background in off-plan villa sales resorts or luxury properties.
- Digital marketing strategy expertise including social media ads funnels and websites.
- Able to create and manage independent campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales.
- Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads Meta Business Suite scheduling apps and website builders.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative eye for branding positioning and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
