Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized technical teams, allocating work distribution to team members, and representing the team in Agile ceremonies and client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments, as well as experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations. They should also possess a strong understanding of data architectures required to support data integration processing and the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and apply new technologies.

Additional responsibilities include data profiling and creation of source-to-target mappings, as well as provisioning and configuring Azure data service resources. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized technical teams.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing logical and physical data models.
  • Strong understanding of data architectures required to support data integration processing.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and apply new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python & SQL Scripting, SQL, PySpark, and general cloud architecture competency skillset.
  • API knowledge is preferred, but not required.
