Healthcare Recruitment Executive

FIND HealthCareers is a staffing agency catering to the US healthcare market, and we are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

This role involves generating leads, closing recruitment partnerships over the phone and video, and maintaining good customer relationships. As a successful Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for presenting staffing and recruitment solutions, handling objections, and driving business growth by bringing in new clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas. They will also possess knowledge of relevant sales and recruitment tools, such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS, as well as experience using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice.

Beyond your technical skills, you will need to be an outstanding negotiator with excellent people skills, able to resolve issues and address complaints effectively. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze healthcare markets and create target lists of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, informing them about staffing services and performing requirements analysis to understand customer needs.
  • Pitch FIND HealthCareers' solutions to potential clients, creating and closing staffing agreements.
  • Work closely with recruiters to match candidates with job requirements, handle prospects, and direct them to key account executives when needed.
  • Monitor calls, sales, and note useful information to continually improve performance.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive in a staffing agency catering to the US healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to different markets.
  • Exceptional knowledge of English and proficiency in using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice.
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales and recruitment tools, such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS.
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting quota, preferably over the phone, and resolving complex issues.
