Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our warehouse operations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, stock management, and warehouse operations.
  • Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in warehouse operations in an electronics/semicon company.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Experience in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
