Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to join our assurance team. This role involves serving as a lead auditor on engagements, conducting financial statement analysis and providing business process solutions to clients.

This position requires strong research, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, a minimum of two years recent public accounting experience and compliance with the 150 hour rule or a CPA.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the firm's core values and service standards.
  • Analyze financial statement issues using various electronic sources and software.
  • Contribute to the assurance workflow by researching and identifying problems and opportunities, proposing solutions to client issues.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations to assess internal controls and provide value-added business process solutions.
  • Effectively communicate timely results on project and client information.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Supervise and coach staff and interns on detailed engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college.
  • Compliance with the 150 hour rule or a CPA.
  • Two to four years recent public accounting experience.
  • Understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and industry specific rules.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer and analytical skills.
  • A desire to provide exceptional client service with the highest level of integrity.
