Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build high-quality full-stack solutions using React, Python, Django, and MySQL.
  • Develop new system features and enhancements to improve product usability and productivity.
  • Ensure all system development adheres to design and architecture guidelines.
  • Manage testing, deployment, and release of system updates.
  • Provide schedule estimates for technical design and development.
  • Apply best practices in secure software development.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior software developers in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in backend and frontend development.
  • Proficient in Java, Python, Django, React, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with MySQL, Single Page Applications, and preferably AWS services (e.g., Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS).
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices and engineering best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for building effective, user-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • A positive contributor to team culture committed to diversity and inclusion.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with consumer finance, B2C payments, or integrated e-commerce platforms.
