About Email Solutions Specialist

This multi-functional role requires proactive, well-organized individuals with strong communication skills.

You will work closely with clients to set up and optimize email campaigns, provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
