Job Description

Mosra Automation Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR and Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and providing administrative support to the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a database of records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Process financial transactions, including preparing checks, deposits, and financial reports
  • Facilitate communication with clients and banks regarding collection schedules and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated contributions and online filing requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with BIR Forms, EWT, VAT, and other relevant regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for the Finance Department
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including administering permits and annual activities
  • Assist in the hiring process, including preparing contracts and training materials
  • Facilitate medical assistance, supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed
