GoHighLevel CRM Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in GoHighLevel expertise to customize, build, and manage white-labeled customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

This role involves working directly with business owners or teams to implement automation workflows, create marketing funnels, onboard clients, and provide operational support for success.

  • Responsibilities will include setting up, customizing, and maintaining GoHighLevel CRM accounts, building and managing marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform, troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Progress on ongoing CRM projects will be tracked and monitored regularly.
Requirements
  • A proven background using GoHighLevel is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling is required.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary.
