Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to guarantee the quality of our software products by developing and executing automated tests. This involves working closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify areas that can be automated and creating scripts that simulate user actions and behavior.


Responsibilities:
  • Establishing test automation strategies and processes for the company, defining key performance indicators to measure progress.
  • Developing and maintaining automated tests, ensuring high code quality and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to initiate, implement, and review the design and development of all aspects of automation testing, including the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts.
  • Monitoring all automation processes, preparing status reports on progress, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Documenting automation processes, designing an efficient automation framework for web products, and implementing reusable and robust test cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation and manual testing, with a solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium and Cypress, with intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, committed to continuous improvement, and open to experimenting with new approaches and techniques.
