Job Opportunity

This is a rare chance to work as a system administrator and platform engineer with direct responsibility for builds and ongoing support of multiple environments.

You will help drive the design of solutions implemented in public cloud (Azure) and collaborate with other expert engineers to maintain our system architecture and prepare for new technical implementations.

The position involves collaboration with other teams, driving innovation, and taking ownership of features from conception to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and support of multiple environments.
  • Drive the design of solutions implemented in public cloud (Azure).
  • Maintain our system architecture and prepare for new technical implementations.
  • Collaborate with other expert engineers to continue finding areas to improve.
  • Take ownership of features from conception to production.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud services like GCP and AWS, preferably Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GHA or Jenkins.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Kubernetes.
  • Automation and/or scripting languages like PowerShell, Perl, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible, YAML, JSON, and Python.
  • Solid understanding of networking and core Internet protocols.
  • Linux/UNIX systems and best practices for deploying applications.
  • Different relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V preferred).
  • RESTful APIs.
  • Cross-functional infrastructure experience with systems, storage, and networking.
  • Knowledge of operating models for private cloud, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
  • Continuous integration and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Take ownership of features and lead them from conception to production.
  • Actively pursue implementation of best practices for operations.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to best practices on operational processes for DevOps.
  • 5+ years of developing software with object-oriented languages like Java, C++, or Ruby.
