Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our IT projects. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and ensure the team is working efficiently
  • Collaborate with product managers to execute the backlog and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and values
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Mentor and coach the Scrum Team

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework or Large Scale implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework or Large Scale Scrum methodologies
  • SAFe Certification/Training
  • Experience/knowledgeable in Product Model
  • Domain knowledge on credit card processing (an advantage)
