Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client based in Negros Occidental. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and making strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the finance department as a finance officer or supervisor;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance management, accounting, commerce, or related courses;
  • Proven experience as an accounting supervisor or officer;
  • Adept knowledge in accountancy and other related procedures in finance;
  • Familiarity with accounting systems;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
