Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Geographical Sales Expansion Coordinator to join our team at Asia Brewery Incorporated. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of sales strategies in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with Market Territory Managers to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Motivate and support a team of sales representatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Educational: A degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, preferably in the field of returnable glass business.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in customer service, sales distribution, and sales management.
