Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in the field of AI Safety Services, driving responsible model development without sacrificing speed. We're seeking a versatile marketer who can create engaging content, accelerate deal-making, and establish TaskUs as a trusted voice in safe AI.

Responsibilities
  • Drive qualified leads through targeted programs and influence annual pipeline growth.
  • Equip sellers and account executives with campaigns and assets that expedite deals and increase average contract value.
  • Turn TaskUs into a prominent partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across various channels, including events, webinars, media, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end programs.
  • Experience managing field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to meet pipeline targets and demonstrate clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Campaign and event ownership from ideation to post-mortem analysis.
  • Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable building dashboards, analyzing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project and stakeholder management: juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
  • Adaptability: thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements, tight deadlines, and ambiguous asks.
