Trinity Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Operations Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies, as well as ensuring that regular compliance activities are carried out in a planned and seamless manner. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders in Operations and support functions.

This role requires strong influencing and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to demonstrate commitment to personal development for self and team is essential.

Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and testing business continuity plans at an account level, acting as a reference point for all compliance activities, and providing continuous support to the Operations team.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing ISMS policies and procedures to meet ISO27001 standards for existing accounts and any proposed solutions for new business. This includes ensuring that policies, processes, and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage, and report risks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to work and coordinate with all stakeholders for client audits and Wipro internal audits. Regular reporting timelines must be met as per requirement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

A good knowledge of risk management and compliance is essential, as is prior experience in handling information security and risk management and compliance. Analytical and creative abilities to resolve complex problems and/or identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist are also required.
