Job Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could adversely impact the organization's objectives, operations, and stakeholders.
  2. Risk Assessment: Assess the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.
  3. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the probability and impact of identified risks.
  4. Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls and adjust them as necessary to address evolving risks.
  5. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to risk management.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present risk reports and analyses to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  7. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols to respond effectively to unexpected events and emergencies.
  8. Insurance Management: Manage the organization's insurance portfolio, including identifying appropriate insurance coverage, negotiating terms and premiums, and filing claims when necessary.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, regulators, and other stakeholders to proactively manage risks and promote a culture of risk awareness and responsibility.
  10. Training and Education: Provide training and educational programs to employees on risk management principles, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  2. Professional certification in risk management (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Financial Risk Manager) is desirable.
  3. 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a corporate and related field of gaming.
  4. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
