We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at Husky Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive value selling. Your focus will include identifying market segments and intelligence, developing value-based initiatives, and driving AMT campaigns and innovative application development solutions.
You will align with the regional sales force to ensure effective strategy implementation and target achievement. Regularly tracking opportunities, orders, revenue, and backlog targets will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
You will develop Market Intelligence to better understand customer needs and the local Beverage Packaging Market. You will report to the Global Director PET Tooling and regularly align your strategy with the territorial Sales VP and respective Sales GMs.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through proactive value selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective strategy implementation and target achievement.
- Provide input to product development teams to improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales support.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
