  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing technology platforms.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital strategy, platform architecture, and related processes. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful platform initiatives. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies and initiatives. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and emerging technologies is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions in a rapidly changing landscape.
