The Lead Salesforce Quality Analyst is responsible for driving the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across projects. They oversee the implementation of testing processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure clear and testable project expectations.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Continuously monitor and improve quality assurance metrics to ensure software quality excellence.
  • Tailor testing processes to meet specific client needs and project requirements.
  • Perform thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing to ensure reliability, usability, and performance of software applications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading testing and quality assurance activities and a team.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
