Job Title: Learning and Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Expert. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for staff at all levels. They will be responsible for coordinating employee orientation and onboarding across multiple departments, tracking and maintaining employee training logs, certifications, and compliance deadlines.

This role also involves administering and troubleshooting the HRIS system, ensuring accurate entry of staff data, assignments, and reporting structures. Additionally, they will collaborate with department leaders to customize training for role-specific requirements and maintain regularly updated orientation curriculum, training documents, and onboarding checklists.

  • Create comprehensive training plans and deliver high-quality training sessions
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee training and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
