**Virtual Physics Teacher Job Opportunity**

Job Description:

As a Virtual Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching physics to students in a virtual classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching physics and using virtual teaching tools and resources.

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and the ability to work independently. You will be teaching synchronously during regular school hours and must have an active US state-issued Physics teaching certification.

  • Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Effectively utilize a variety of online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material.
  • Deliver live lessons synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Evaluate and grade student work to track progress.
  • Offer constructive feedback to support student learning and growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications include an active US state-issued Physics teaching certification, proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include one or more years of teaching experience.
