English Language Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English language trainer to join our team. As an English language trainer, you will be responsible for delivering live video training sessions to corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You will also have the ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver interactive and engaging English language lessons to corporate clients;
  • To assess the language proficiency of clients and create personalized learning plans;
  • To use technology to enhance the learning experience, such as virtual classroom platforms and online resources;
  • To communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and lesson plans;
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in English language teaching;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in teaching English as a second language;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and online resources;
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and workshops;
