Job Title: Utility Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead detailed inspections of overhead utility infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and contributing to process improvements within the electric utility sector.

The ideal candidate will oversee QA/QC processes, perform advanced data analysis, and provide technical leadership to support project success.

This role involves working closely with internal teams to align data accuracy with industry standards and collaborating with utility companies to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead detailed inspections of overhead utility infrastructure, identifying faults and hazards.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, ensuring high standards of accuracy and data quality.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes for work packages and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align data accuracy with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with utility companies to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in the electric utility field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with good written and oral communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), national engineering standards, utility construction standards, and best industry engineering practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a distributed workforce.
