About the Job

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Control Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of risk-based AML Systems and Data QA activities.

As a key member of our compliance department, you will develop and implement risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plans. You will work closely with the Asia Segment Compliance function and Global Compliance Function to communicate with management, internal auditors, and Asia Business Units.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT auditing tools and software is a plus, and knowledge of COBIT or similar standards is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plans
  • Apply risk analysis skills, use of data analytics, and professional judgment to deliver and execute risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plans
  • Ensure timely completion of AML Systems and Data QA in accordance with industry best practices and relevant risk and regulatory environments
  • Communicate complex information about identified issues, associated risks, and recommended improvements in business processes
