  • Significant experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, ideally within the transport or logistics industries
  • Excellent understanding of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective quality improvement measures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate teams at all levels
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management, engineering or a related field
