Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our post-production engine, you will be responsible for the delivery of stunning creative work.

Job Description:

You will own the scoping and management of briefs, timelines, and quality control processes. You will also partner with clients to ensure every asset lands with impact.

  • Strategic & Production Planning
  • Deconstruct briefs to uncover true business goals and creative levers.
  • Build tactical production roadmaps in Asana or Basecamp with KPIs.
  • Allocate work across editors, designers, vendors for optimal throughput.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control & Visual Review
  • QC creative outputs in Figma/Adobe: Priority Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, Canva, spelling, brand specs, cut-outs, platform compliance (Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.).
  • Own SOPs, checklists, and zero-defect processes without slowing velocity.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ continuous years in creative project management (agency or high-volume brand team).
  2. Fluency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, and Canva,
  3. Ability to give visual feedback clearly and constructively.
  4. Proficiency with post-production workflows, platform specs (Amazon, Meta, TikTok), and campaign logic.
  5. Proven ability to reduce error rates and rework under deadline pressure.
