About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to contribute to our ambitious growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
  • Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
  • Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks.
  • Comply with advertising guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those specific to iGaming and sweepstakes in the US market.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
  • At least 1 year of direct motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products, such as explainer videos and UI animations for product features.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional creative flair, attention to detail, and passion for producing high-quality visual content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
