Visual Content Creator Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across various mediums. This requires a strong foundation in design principles, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Processing daily pending orders from clients with efficiency and precision.
  • Recreating quality vectors and mock-ups that meet brand standards.
  • Accomplishing all rotated orders per day with minimal errors.
  • Maintaining the ability to multi-task and support different strategies and initiatives of the department.
  • Managing Art queues, bins, emails and tickets effectively.

Design Development

The Visual Content Creator creates designs that are on strategy and reflect the brand's personality. This involves developing layouts, vectors, and art working pages ready for print, as well as providing a visual/virtual representation of products.


Quality Control

Ensuring the maintenance of quality artworks and error-free output is essential. Double-checking customer requests and instructions to ensure all requirements are met.


Collaboration and Communication

Communicating effectively with other departments to resolve issues and solve Art-related problems is crucial.


Continuous Learning and Improvement

Continuously learning new information and processes related to graphic design is vital. Recommending changes to existing systems to increase accuracy and efficiency is also expected.
