Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our financial operations, including billing, revenue recognition, and accounts payable.

About the Role:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and board presentations. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing operations, expense margins, and revenue trends.
- Billing and Revenue Management: Oversee complex billing processes, including multi-tiered pricing structures, contract billing, and subscription management. Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable, including aging reports and collection strategies. Oversee accounts payable operations, vendor payments, and expense management systems.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting, tracking, planning, and analysis
- Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of billing/finance experience in service-based businesses
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho One suite
- Background in HR processes and talent management
