Job Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects, provide technical assistance, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks involve collaborating with clients and internal teams, analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and conducting training sessions. This role demands in-depth technical expertise and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical support experience and proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Sales and business development skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
