Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Presenting data to management.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
  • At least one year of US Payroll experience and working remotely as an accountant.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting, and financial processes.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
  • Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.
  • Ethical behavior.
  • Attention to detail.
