Financial Analyst Job Description

This role involves working closely with finance, sales, HR, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

  • Support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and exceptional quantitative skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
