Office Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Sourcefit DR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer relationships, and assisting with lead generation.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer databases, update records, and provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist with lead generation through various tools, including phone outreach and email.
- Track and manage leads through CRM software and pre-existing spreadsheets.
- Nurture relationships with estimators and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
