Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing business operations. This role is critical in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within our business and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure business success.
  • Analyze costs and benefits of projects, tools, and initiatives to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time remote position available during standard US business hours.
