Financial Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Specialist to manage our internal finance operations. This position requires someone familiar with U.S. accounting practices and the nuances of international business environments.
Key Responsibilities- Handle general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including payment processing.
- Maintain budget tracking and assist in financial forecasting.
- Prepare and organize all documentation required for tax filings.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
- 3–5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable in a global work environment.
