Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions across Windows and macOS devices.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline endpoint management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint security solutions with existing infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS systems.
  • Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM policies.
  • Knowledge of networking (VPNs, DNS, certificates, Wi-Fi authentication).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
  • Certifications such as MD-102, Jamf 200/300 are a plus.
