Our role involves creating engaging content, supporting product development, and working closely with businesses to ensure successful integration of our tools.

Key responsibilities include developing digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being and personal development.

Additionally, we will contribute to the refinement of psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.

Furthermore, we will work with AI and digital mental health tools to create innovative solutions.

Business engagement and client success are also crucial aspects of this role.

  • Support new clients during onboarding and help them integrate our solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials promoting mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
  • Identify ways to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business, or Communications.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with corporate clients and explain mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science is preferred.
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions is essential.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment.
