Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between our Marketing and Sales departments, responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
  2. Client Outreach: Establish and maintain contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media referrals.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  4. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  6. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in CRM software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  2. Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM software
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing sales data
    • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with VOIP/UCaaS Desktop Phones like RingCentral, Skyswitch, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, etc.
