Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer firewall platforms, guaranteeing proper functioning, software updates, and patch management. You will also configure, manage, and maintain firewall devices and related security infrastructure to safeguard our customer's network.

  • Firewall Administration: Administer firewall platforms, ensuring proper functioning, software updates, and patch management.
  • Firewall Configuration and Security Policy Development: Configure, manage, and maintain firewall devices and related security infrastructure to safeguard the customer's network.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound requests for technical assistance via phone and other electronic means.
  • Address support, threat, and other cases within documented Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Document all actions effectively to communicate information internally and with customers.
Requirements:
  • Requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a deep understanding and practical experience of network security concepts, including threat detection, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.
Technical Skills:
  • Requires significant experience with Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems.
  • Has in-depth knowledge and experience of firewall technologies, including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and other leading firewall platforms.
