Curriculum Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Design Expert to join our team at Cobden & Carter International. As a Curriculum Design Expert, you will play a key role in designing and developing effective learning content that meets the strategic objectives of Company Learn and internal customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our customers. You will work closely with peers across Company Learn to evaluate and improve learning content, utilizing various platforms/tools such as Articulate 360 to develop skills-based learning content.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience designing/developing learning content in a corporate environment, preferably from corp or BPO. You will also need to have experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools and Articulate 360 suite of applications/tools. Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated ability managing learning content with a Learning Management System (LMS) and utilizing high quality visual design principles within creation of learning content.
This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to efficiently manage time and balance multiple deliverables/priorities. About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective instructor-led and self-paced learning content
Evaluate and improve learning content with peers across Company Learn
Utilize various platforms/tools such as Articulate 360 to develop skills-based learning content
Collaborate with peers to develop full scale learning solutions for both new and existing employees
Take direction and apply feedback from senior team members while juggling multiple priorities
Track task progress within project workplans in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and Company Learn leadership
- Requirements:
At least 2nd year college undergrad
Experience (3+ years) designing/developing learning content in a corporate environment; Preferably from corp or BPO
Experience (3+ years) using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools
Experience (3+ years) using Articulate 360 suite of applications/tools
Demonstrated ability managing learning content with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Demonstrated ability utilizing high quality visual design principles within creation of learning content
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically and solve problems
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and balance multiple deliverables/priorities
Demonstrated ability to speak & write proficiently in the English language
Demonstrated ability to effectively balance creative design techniques with a high attention to detail
