As a Senior Client Care Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Expertise: Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support via chat, email, and phone to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
- Tier 1 Support Specialist: Function as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and serve as a subject matter expert for proprietary software.
- User Training and Assistance: Train and assist internal users on software applications and troubleshoot system or process issues.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with training teams to develop strategies for reducing support tickets and improving overall efficiency.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in support roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva ideal.
