Job Requirements

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow system development and system administration principles.

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM processes and functions;
  • Providing expert-level support for ServiceNow instance administration and configuration;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions;
  • Maintaining high levels of system uptime and performance.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM processes and functions;

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow System Administration/Developer roles in an enterprise environment;
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script;
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
