Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payment Operations Executive to lead our cash management team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimizing processes to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade/cash operations and management, with proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and ensure teams meet performance and quality expectations
  • Identify and drive solutions to optimize operations and drive initiatives and strategies to align with cluster operations leads
  • Manage staff resource allocation while assisting with the development and oversight of budgets
  • Resolve complex and highly variable issues with significant departmental impact

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in a related senior level role with experience in trade/cash operations and management
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
  • Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree
